Quod Media needs Account Directors who readily display competence and creativity in managing, executing and evolving the social media strategies of both current and potential clients and identifying opportunities in their respective markets. They would also possess an in-depth knowledge of the sector and its various networks and communities and be receptive/reactive to the social media industry as a whole, taking on board new developments and helping to progress the future direction of Quod Media, its social media offering and Franchise network. An Account Director would also need to demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of talented and enthusiastic Account Managers and Account Executives.
Quod Media is also looking to recruit social media Account Managers, who would ideally have between 2-3 years of experience within the social media or digital PR sectors. An Account Manager would possess an established record of managing and executing client accounts and campaigns within a range of social networks, as well as professionalism and creativity within digital campaigns.
Given that Quod Media is a high growth company, any successful candidates must be able to grow and develop with the business and provide consultancy to national brands and small businesses alike.

The tem at QUOD MEDIA believe that the upcoming genertion of talented students are the foundation of the country’s future. Therefore we are always happy to hear from people who want real life commercial experience to join our team as interns, this could be for as little as two weeks or up to year. If you have strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media websites then read on.
The apprentice will work closely with an account manger to help support online marketing and communications campaigns for a company/organistion or individual. Positions are mostly unpaid (travel costs etc may be considered) and are offered to college students (undergraduate or graduate) as well as recent graduates.
Specific internship duties include, but are not limited to:
- Website updates
- Monitor blogs, forums and social networks
- Contribute to client blog and to online outreach and promotion using Facebook,Twitter, Linkedin etc
- Research and develop ways to improve engagement and site traffic
- Highly motivated, undergraduate or recent graduate in good academic standing and with a strong interest or background in on-line/media related issues or studies
- Preferably a marketing, communications, journalism or PR student
- Good problem-solving and inter-personal skills; professional demeanour
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Strong English language/grammar skills
- Expertise with WordPress
- Direct experience working with Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
